Direct sea freight with no transit through West Malaysia, run by real people who keep you informed.
Longline isn’t a new name. For years our Kota Kinabalu team has quietly handled imports for business owners across Sabah, from everyday goods to heavy machinery. Now we’re opening our line to everyone: tell us your problem clearly, and we’ll take it from there.
Your supplier sends the goods to our China warehouse. We check them, consolidate and load the container ourselves.
Direct to Sabah, with no transit through West Malaysia. You hear from us every 1, 3 or 7 days.

Collect it at our warehouse, or we deliver anywhere in Sabah.
We live and work in Sabah. We know the port, the roads and the paperwork first hand, so your goods land in good hands.
Four promises we keep on every shipment, no matter how big or how small.
Our AI-assisted system keeps every shipment on track and cuts down on mistakes. When something unexpected happens, you reach a real person who knows your shipment. With many big companies, you can't find anyone when it matters. With us, help is always a message away.

We speak up when it matters
We give you real, upfront prices, and every charge is written out in black and white. You will never find a fee on your bill that nobody told you about.

The clearer your problem, the better we solve it. These are the questions business owners in Sabah bring to us most.
Opening a new shop, but your stock is in China and you don’t know where to start.
You bought an excavator, forklift or generator, and most forwarders won’t take it.
Paying your China supplier in RMB is slow, confusing and worrying.
Your goods have arrived, but your shop isn’t ready and you have nowhere to put them.
Three levels. The more you ship with us, the more you get: special offers, storage discounts, bigger damage cover and flexible payment at the top level.

Longline isn’t a new name in shipping. For years our team has worked behind the scenes for business owners across Sabah, moving everything from everyday goods to heavy machinery. We don’t chase the lowest price. That’s a choice, not a limit. We find the problem first, solve it, and only then talk about money.
Written down, so you know exactly what to expect from us.
Many shipments to Sabah stop in West Malaysia first and change hands along the way. Ours don’t.

Dangerous and prohibited goods are not accepted. If you are not sure about an item, WhatsApp us before you send it and we will check for you.
Many forwarders pay nothing when goods are damaged. We do, because the service matters more to us than the numbers. These terms explain what we cover, how to claim and how we decide.
Physical damage to your goods that happens while they are in Longline’s care: from the moment they are received and checked at the China warehouse we work with, until they are delivered and signed for, or collected from our Kota Kinabalu warehouse.
Every claim is assessed on its own facts. Compensation is based on the proven value of the damaged item and how badly it is damaged, and is normally 30% to 50% of that value, up to the maximum for your membership level:
To prove the value, please provide the purchase invoice, receipt or payment record for the item.
Within 24 hours of delivery or self-collection, send the following in your Longline WhatsApp group:
Please keep the goods and all packaging as they are until we finish the assessment. Do not throw away, repair or resell them. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
Our team checks what happened and where, using our warehouse check records and photos from loading and unloading. We may ask to inspect the goods. We reply with the result within 7 working days after we receive complete information.
Approved compensation is credited to your next Longline invoice or paid by bank transfer, as agreed with you.
Compensation is capped at the maximum for your membership level: RM300, RM700 or RM1,000 per claim. If you are shipping high-value goods, please tell us before they ship so we can advise on packing and protection.
These terms apply together with the terms on our invoices, delivery orders, collection notes and our membership rules. Longline may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new claims. Longline Logistics Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right of final interpretation.
